New formulation to reduce the risk of carbide dissolution
The combination of new carbides and new chemistry matrix generates a higher resilience of carbides to be dissolved and recrystallize in the Ni matrix. This Premium alloy enables higher amperages, faster deposition rates and as a consquence it reduces notably welding time without damaging the properties of the weld deposit.
Keeping the carbides un- dissolved increases the abrasion wear resistance and reduces the brittleness of the matrix with the consequent increase of impact and cracking resistance.

Highest abrasion and erosion resistance under high temperature conditions
EnDOtec® DO*6070 N is a flux-cored gas-shielded flux-cored wire that produces a dispersion-hardened alloy cladding. The wire is ideal for both maintenance and repair applications, as well as production applications requiring welds of the highest reliability, efficiency and productivity.
Features and Benefits
Slag-free cladding alloy has a high concentration of hard constituents that create extremely wear-resistant coatings. The alloy produces a weld deposit with a fine grain metallurgical microstructure that provides excellent abrasion resistance against both fine and coarse mineral abrasion particles and maintains its properties up to very high temperatures (58 HRC at 600ºC; 42 HRC at 800ºC).
UpTIG 220 AC/DC and 300 AC/DC are inverter-type TIG and MMA welding power sources, offering high quality and outstanding arc stability. UpTIG 220 AC/DC is powered by a 230V single-phase supply, while for UpTIG 300 AC/DC 400V three-phase supply is preferred. In TIG AC, aluminium alloys can be welded with high quality and precision.
UpTIG 220 and 300 AC/DC are equally easy to use at the workshop and on site. Manufacturing, assembly, repair, maintenance, and piping operations can be conducted, amongst others. For the industry, the food sector, etc., these machines are ideal to be operated with a generator set (with voltage stabilised).
The Modular Oscillating System is the perfect solution for simple welding processes. Axis length can vary from 150 to 1500mm in the standard range, but for special requests we are able to provide longer axis too. The whole system can be freely modified starting from the basic single axis to more complex 5-axis system. The vertical axis is equipped with AVC mode, which allows to automatically adjust arc length even during welding uneven surfaces.
Due to the user-friendly software, oscillation movement programing is extremely easy and intuitive. Additionally, the remote touchscreen allows quick axis positioning and constant access to all features. The whole system is based on linear bearings and servo drives, which provides exceptional stability. Although the system is designed to work with our GAP 3511 DC Synergic, it can equally work independently (for instance with SF Lance).
The Eutronic® GAP 3511 DC Synergic is ideal for welding applications that require precision and high deposit quality. The welding unit is available with various features. A user friendly 8,4“ touch screen control panel with a user-friendly interface allows the operator a simplified and even faster preselection of the welding parameters with welder gloves.
The EuTronic® GAP 3511 DC Synergic has been designed for integrations in automated process and manual operation. Newly added functions like synergic mode or impulse welding allows for even more precise control of the welding process. All the settings are displayed on the touch screen and up to 1000 memory locations are available for saving the welding parameters.
The extremely powerful inverter delivers 10 ÷ 350A which is sufficient for almost all powder applications. Various optional features are available for the EuTronic® GAP 3511 DC Synergic such as fully electonic gas control, second motor control card to operate a second powder feeder and an extended automation interface for a fully integration in an automated process.

The GoodAire 1211 mobile welding fume filter can be used at all welding workplaces. The mobile unit is suitable for enclosed or difficult to access environments where stationary extraction systems are not possible.
Powder coated metal housing, complete with sturdy casters and handle. User-friendly control panel with visual alarm for clogged filters.
The electric high-performance radial fan is located behind the individual filter stages in a soundproof room.
Metal spark arrestor filter is standard.
As an option, activated carbon filters can be added. This is recommended, for example, when working with galvanized steel.
