J&D Rogowski coil CT is made with high accurate coil winding technology on air core which shows precise quality from low current to high current and provides optimizing solution. It improves both conductor positioning error and influence by external magnetic field. As split clip flexible outfit, it can be easily installed even at limited space without cutting power lines. Main applications are power distribution monitoring, high current measuring, sub metering and etc.
The new model, the JRFS-RM series is an exciting addition to our existing product line-up, providing our customers with an easy-to-install alternative to the conventional High current Revenue-Grade (rigid) Split-core CT. The JRFS-RM series offers a wide range of rated current from 500A to 10,000A with four inner diameters sizes including 120mm / 190mm / 300mm / 500mm.
The dual air coil achieves the revenue grade accuracy while maintaining the desirable feature of ultra-easy and fast installation. Due to the flexible nature of the JRFS-RM Rogowski coil, it is perfect for large bus bars and irregular-shaped conductor bundles. In addition, its small profile and light weight allow it to be used on conductors in tight spaces where rigid CTs simply will not fit.
The JRFS-RM series supports the secondary output values of 333mVac as standard, and 100mV / 250mV as option. Additionally, it performs 0.2S and 0.5S Class of accuracy as Revenue-grade, complying with IEC61869-2, ANSI C57.13 standards. The applications are Renewable Energy Power Monitoring, Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations, Distribution Circuit Metering, Power Quality Metering, LV/MV Substations, etc.
JRFS-RM series with the built-in integrator version, also will be launched for the simple and fast installation.
The JPS series revenue-grade, split-core current transformers offer the high accuracy and low phase shift, and the easy two-handed opening and closing, with a safe output values of 100, 250, 333, 500, 1000mVac of voltage output and 50, 80, 100mA, 1A, 5Aac of current output.
The JPS series fulfill the standards, IEEE C57.13 Class 0.3 & 0. 6 accuracy and IEC 61869 Class 0.2S & 0.5S accuracy. Designed specifically for Revenue grade energy and power quality meters, the JPS series is available in four window opening sizes of 10mm / 20mm / 33mm / 52mm, with the current measurements 5A to 1,600A. All models are available in standard and revenue-grade accuracies and offer a wide range of reading from 1% to 120% of primary rated current, wider than other standard current transformers.
The JPS series revenue-grade split core CTs are optimized for Renewable energy power monitoring, Distribution circuit metering, and Power quality metering. They have a hinged opening mechanism for easy installation. With using hall e¬ffect sensor technology, the other version of the JPS series for measuring DC current will be also launched in addition to AC current.
1) Closed Loop Hall Effect Technology
Applying our Closed-Loop Hall Effect Technology iSAST HCS, JP and JPC series induces a magnetic flux as the load current (Ip) passes through the magnetic core. This magnetic flux induces a proportional voltage in the Hall Element sensor. The amplified voltage then transfers to the secondary current (Is). This secondary current increases proportionally to the primary current. This secondary current (Is) develops a voltage (Vm) into the output on a load resistor (Rm). This technology offers an optimized solution for highly accurate current monitoring when our customers require stable temperatures and fast response time.
2) Open Loop Hall Effect Technology
Applying our Open Loop Hall Effect Technology iSAST HCS, JHAO series creates primary magnetic flux from the input current (Ip) as it goes through the magnetic core. This magnetic flux couples a proportional voltage into the Hall Element to develop an amplified voltage (Vm) and offers an optimized solution for accurate current monitoring.
JAGUAR 6300 series is the high precision Power Quality meter, which is compatible with J&D JPS series and JRFS-RM series CTs. It can measure the various electrical parameters such as Sag/Swell, THD (Total Harmonics Distortion), Crest Factor, and K Factor. Additionally, the JAGUAR 6300 offers Data Logging and Wave Capturing feature making it an excellent tool to perform accuracy analysis and diagnosis for energy management and power measurements.
JAGUAR 6300 series is the Power Quality meter complying with IEC61000-4-30 as Class S which is for power quality standards, and it also complies with IEC61557-12 which is a standard for performance measuring and monitoring devices. JAGUAR 6300 series communicates over Ethernet and it forms as Ringing Communication so that it could measure the data in real-time. Optionally, JAGUAR 6300 can use other communication modules beyond Modbus RTU Protocol.
