The SwingGrinder "M" is the ideal entry-level solution for removing slag, deburring, edge-rounding or oxide removal from steel parts. The grinding head with rotating disc tools can be moved effortlessly. The gGrinding pressure is applied by pressing lightly from above, and workpieces are processed from all directions. The swivel head allows quick changeover between tools. Two pneumatically lifting magnets under the table mat secure smaller workpieces against slipping. When using our Hammerdisc to knock off slag or the Oxiddisc to remove the oxide layer on the side edges, relatively high lateral forces are generated. Flame cut and plasma cut parts often vary in thickness. The BeltMaster 600 has been developed specially for deburring these type of parts. The patented TwinBelt unit constitutes the core of the BeltMaster machine. A soft rubber layer on the drum combined with an additional pressure belt inside the abrasive belt creates a large amount of pressure on the inside and outside edges of the workpiece. At the same time, the TwinBelt unit compensates variations in the thickness of the piece. Additional disc units can be used for edge rounding or oxide layer removal. A hammer-disc-unit for slag removal at the infeed side is available as an option.
