X-ray safe welding with high mechanical values of aluminium and copper components start with a close selection of the raw materials and following our chemical specification. For this reason, we have a foundry for our copper alloys in Brazil and purchase aluminium wire rod from well-known manufacturers with a very close tolerance in its chemical composition.
This means that we cover the entire process chain from creation to the finished product.
For our users, this means no reworking due to porosity or due to poor mechanical characteristics.

In order to minimise downtimes from spool changing, we have developed:
- For aluminium, bulk packaging systems ranging from 80 - 300 kg
- For copper, in our product portfolio we have developed large packaging systems ranging from 80 - 600 kg.
With SAFRA's broad selection of different spool sizes, large packing systems and wire pay-off solutions, you can easily obtain an increase in productivity with your production.
Our packaging is robust and therefore superbly suited for rough everyday work in your production. The packaging is fully recyclable.
