• Seam location: sensor scans 4 weld positions and locates the welding trajectory 10 times faster than with Touch Sense function only. GarLine R measures rotation and translation in 3 axes each, calculating in total 6 seam positions.

• Seam tracking: real-time look-ahead seam tracking for an outstanding welding guidance. This function significantly reduces programming time.

• Seam search: sensor finds the seam start and end points and redirects the robot towards them.

Reduce the programming and welding time, thanks to some of GarLine unique features such as:

• Seam search: The sensor finds the right teach points of the welding joint before the weld, in order to compensate the part deviation.

• Seam tracking: The programming of complex shapes is a consuming task. With the seam tracking solution, teaching the starting and the end point of the seam is made easier.

• Location function: GarLine scans 4 points of the piece, capturing its shape and placing it on the plane. Then the sensor calculates de displacement and rotation offsets obtained with reference to the programmed part. These offsets are then applied to the original program.
