ALPAKA GmbH & Co. KG in the MEDIA CENTER

Überall in Ihrer Werkstatt.

Try it out live at our stand 3A47.2 in hall 3!

A mixed reality headset will be used to demonstrate how the Alpaka welding robot could be intuitively “programmed” in the future. The operator shows the robot where to weld directly on the component - without any in-depth programming knowledge.

Future features of this innovative process:

Significant simplification of the planning and adaptation of welding paths
Reduction of valuable set-up times
Opening up robot automation to a wider range of users

The Mobile Cobot System for Welding

The Mobile Cobot System for Welding

We bring the welding system to the component.

Innovation at all levels - that's what's behind the welding cobot from ALPAKA. The mobile robot brings the welding system to the component and opens up new flexibility for your workshop. The welding cobot is a CE-compliant complete solution from the Plug & Weld series. This means, plug in and off you go with the advantages of the automated welding system: you save energy, increase the quality of the weld seam and all this with easy handling of the robot directly on the component on site.

As a special feature and unique selling point, our SimpliTeach system will be presented at the trade fair in conjunction with our mobile welding cobot. This makes the creation of welding paths much easier. The robot path is traced manually on the component using a simulated welding torch. And that's it! This completes the path programming!
A real innovation!
