The AL3D-METAL makes it possible to produce complex objects from metal quickly and precisely. By means of 3D metal printing, you produce components for high quality requirements, which are manufactured very precisely and grant an enormous freedom of design and geometry. The closed powder circuit of this metal printer increases work safety, because the operator does not come into contact with the powder during the entire printing process. The small build platform size of the AL-3D enables powder-saving printing of precious metals such as gold, platinum and silver. This makes the AL3D-METAL ideal for jewelry manufacturing companies. A large database of verified parameters for stainless steels, cobalt chrome, reactive materials such as titanium, as well as for various precious metals is available to ALPHA LASER customers.
A big advantage is the fast powder change with short cleaning of the system. With its small footprint of 600 * 617 mm, the 3D metal printer is also suitable for companies with limited space.
CLOSED LASER WELDING DEVICE ALW
The ALW is a comfortable, ergonomic, and compact seated workstation that offers plenty of legroom. The observation lens offers a variable viewing angle from 10° – 50°, thus ensuring
comfortable working. The closed, laser-proof housing makes the ALW a laser-protected workplace that can be used in a normal production environment without additional safety precautions.
The ALW is now also available in a fiber laser version with 300 W and 450 W laser power.
The fiber source has a high energy efficiency and is ideally suited for reproducible Welds, as the laser power is constant during the welding process. Welding can be carried out in CW mode or pulsed.
The welding machine is also available as an Nd:YAG laser with 200 or 300 W and offers a high peak pulse power.
The ALW is ideally suited for series applications. The NC software is integrated. Programming and teaching takes place directly on the 12.1“ touchscreen display. Additional I/Os are also available. And also an automatic wire feed system . In toolmaking, the functions "UCS" (user coordinate system) and "individual teaching" support the operator.

The laser system is easy to operate. In addition to configuring via the display, the laser parameters can be adjusted
via the patented multifunction footswitch or adapted accordingly during welding.
The large doors of the ALW can be opened wide. This facilitates easy loading.

The AL-TW is a stable work bench with integrated fiber laser. It is available with 300, 450, 600, or 900 watt laser sources. It allows you to weld pulsed or in CW mode (CW = continuous melt). A keyhole is made during CW welding (deep penetration depths into the material are possible as a result).
The lasers and movement system are easily operated from an intuitive touch screen on the side console.
In addition, the laser parameters can also be configured or adjusted during welding by means of the patented multifunctional footswitch. This allows you to remain fully focused on laser welding, without requiring you to take your hands off the workpiece.
This new machine development focuses on robustness, quality but also dynamism.
The external values: A robust steel housing with sturdy aluminum handles for increased impact protection of the edges allows for multifunctional use of the laser welding system.
Safe transport and easy loading and stowing of the AL-CROSS are ensured thanks to resilient recesses as well as integrated fastening options and a winch eyelet.
The 5th wheel on the laser device enables the gas bottle to be moved directly with the laser device, which is very practical. Generous storage space for this and that, special holders for welding wire, joystick, foot pedal, safety glasses, and tools are useful aids. You can also connect the fume extraction to the integrated socket.
The arm of the AL-CROSS can be brought into a very high position, so that there is the possibility of small welding work such as on a car roof or overhead.
Flexibility and mobility, the genes of most ALPHA LASER welding machines, are perfectly implemented in this device.
The mobile laser welding system can be brought to the workpiece, or the workpiece to the laser. In many cases, it is not necessary to dismantle the mold. The ALM ensures mobility within the company or at the customer's facilities.
The laser is ready for use within just minutes. The laser arm can be quickly positioned and fixed in the desired working position via electrohydraulic brakes. You may weld manually with the joystick, semi-automatically, or via an external operating unit with pulse function.
The laser device has a powerful and application-optimized SPC with new functions, and the user coordinate control is programmable within a range of 50 × 50 mm.
A laser head which can be rotated left and right, the optional turn and tilt objective, and focusing lenses with various focal distances ensure that the laser beam can reach (almost) any point of the workpiece without requiring arduous movements. The microscope can also be rotated, thus facilitating economical working.
The ALV is an extremely compact laser welding system that fits into even the smallest workshop.
Yet it still has it all: laser, movement system, extraction, laser safety.
Thanks to the enclosed laser-proof housing, the device can be used in normal production environments without additional safety tools.
In just a few steps, the ALV can be converted to an open laser system for processing larger or longer components.
The ALV welding laser offers wide-opening doors so that larger workpieces can be loaded easily.
Upward-opening wing doors with a side slot can be ordered for sensor applications. This helps for easy positioning of long tubes. An optional fine welding function reduces the spot diameter to 0.1 mm.
We have placed great value on ergonomics. Work focused for hours, as the ergonomically optimized
housing facilitates relaxed arm and neck postures and leaves plenty of legroom to sit comfortably.
