Battery Lifting Magnet SB200 | SB500 | SB950

The Electropermanent Battery Lifting Magnets SB are top products from Assfalg in the 200 kg | 500 kg | 950 kg load range for flat material. Round material can be lifted with up to 50 kg | 200 kg | 400 kg.

Approximately 1,000 ON/OFF switch cycles are possible until the integrated batteries must be recharged through a simple power connection. The electropermanent battery lifting magnets SB200 | SB500 | SB950 can be used in single mode as well as on magnet traverses and is an interesting alternative for 3-shift operation.

The automatic mode allows for contactless switching. A switch process is generated each time the magnets are added and the crane eyelet relieved and the magnet switches on or off. It is no longer necessary to bend or climb machine tables. Together with the optionally available positioning drawbar, workpieces can be picked up, guided and placed down accurately.

The electropermanent load lifting magnet traverses TBK4 and TBK6 with automatic telescopic arm allow the lifting and transportation of sheets in different sizes from 3 m to 25 m.

The patented solid steel modules are more heat-resistant than comparable modules made with a plastic casting mass.

Only a 400 V rated current must be provided to use these devices and they are then immediately ready for use.

With short current pulses, the EPMH from ASSFALG are switched manually - by pressing a button directly on the device - or via an optionally available remote control. No electricity flows during load transport and nevertheless, the workpiece is as securely clamped as with a permanent load lifting magnet.

With the tip function (inching), even stacked sheets can be separated starting with a thickness of 5 mm.

Magnet modules that are not needed can be switched off with the multi-channel control. This means a large magnet traverse system can be securely used for the transportation of smaller sheets.

The electropermanent battery lifting magnet SB950-SF is the top product from Assfalg in the 950 kg load range for flat material. 400 kg can be lifted for round material.

The SB950-SF has an installed sensor. It measures the magnetic force, compares it with the workpiece weight and shows on the display if the workpiece can be transported. Parameters such as surface property, material thickness and material are considered here.

Circular trough vibrator RV

The circular trough vibrators are used for deburring, polishing and refining surfaces. A series and batch processing of different parts is easy to implement thanks to the integrated separating equipment.

The round tub vibratory finishing machines are ideal for small and large series for different workpieces.

A noise protection cover reduces the noise and makes it possible to work in a workshop. The right and left-hand circulation as well as speed regulation from 1,200 to 1,500 rpm provide for various processing possibilities. The abrasive material and workpieces are rotated through the generated vibration. The desired processing process is created through the contact of grinding bodies on workpieces. The programmable timer rounds off the autonomous work process.

We recommend a paper filter or a fully-automatic water treatment plant for simple and comfortable water treatment. The process water is pumped in the tub and cleaned through a filter fleece or centrifugal force upon return.

The integrated separating equipment simplifies the separation of grinding bodies and workpieces. Sorting sieves are available in many sizes. The grinding bodies fall through the perforated screen into the tub, while the workpieces are transported out of the machine.

Deburring machine KKF 4 - SL

The KKF4-SL , a universal chamfering and contour milling machine, has an ER collet chuck. Tools with a shaft diameter from Ø 6 - 12 mm can be clamped. Our versatile tool range includes different VHM milling cutters and blade heads. The VHM milling cutters are available for the processing of chamfer angles and radii. Ball bearings with Ø 6 or Ø 8 mm are used for contour processing with the VHM milling cutters. Tapered contour chamfers are used in combination with guide fingers or stop rulers.

The use of cutter heads with cutting inserts and guide ball bearings starting at Ø 10 mm permit maximum efficiency.
A guide prism with VHM shaft chamfering can be used for straight edges. The exact chamfer setting is performed through a micrometer screw. A chamfer width of up to 4 mm at 45° is possible in steel. In NE-metals, significantly larger chamfers are possible depending on the tool and angle. The KKF4-SL has speed regulation that is very useful for the processing of aluminum or stainless steel. Thanks to the brushless motor the machine is perfect for continuous operation. The hardened machine table with extraction socket allows for the attachment of an extraction system.

The patented EPM magnetic clamping plates have a solid steel surface and are therefore significantly more resistant than conventional plates with epoxy resin against hot chips, coolant and other processing influences. The workpiece is clamped on the EPM magnetic clamping plate Magnaslot within seconds through an impulse current. This magnetic clamping plate allows for 5-side processing of your workpieces in only one clamp. This reduces equipping times to a minimum and increases productivity. Through the use of pole extensions, which adjust to the workpiece surface, any unevenness on the workpiece can be compensated for and a deformation of the workpiece can be prevented.

The Assfalg Battery Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnetic Beam EPMBL has a compact design and is operated by remote control.

The load lifting beam with a max. load of 1,500 kg is equipped with magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from a minimum length of 500 mm to a maximum length of 4,000 mm.

Assfalg is a family company managed by Mr Christian Assfalg in the fourth generation. Ronald Assfalg and Annette Assfalg are actively involved in the management of the company.

Assfalg is a leading solution provider in the field of deburring and edge milling technology as well as in the field of magnetic clamping and lifting technology. The owner-managed family business operates worldwide with its approx. 25 employees, based in Schwäbisch Gmünd, and its national and international sales partners.

Assfalg has its roots in Lorch in the Rems Valley in Baden-Württemberg and was founded in 1932 by Karl Assfalg. The focus was on trading in tools and machine tools. His son Günther Assfalg started in the 1970s with a new product area of magnetic clamping and lifting technology.
This was followed by deburring and edge milling technology and the first steps towards the internationalisation of the company. His son Dipl. Wirt.-Ing. Ronald Assfalg pushed and specialised the products in magnet technology. The wholesale company was joined by a production facility that manufactures innovative and patented products mainly in the form of an extended workbench for its customers.

In particular, the Assfalg deburring and contouring machines as well as automated special solutions are further developed by son Christian Assfalg, the great-grandson of the company founder.
