CFE is suitable for filtration of dry particles, dust and welding smoke for mechanical industry.
The filter is manufactured with 2, 4, 6 and 8 horizontally placed filter cartridges for airflows from 1000m³/h to 12000 m³/h. For larger airflows more filters can be placed parallel and/or serial in the same system. The filter can be cleaned during operation and/or through cleaning cycles when the plant is not in operation.

Our FBE is an energy-efficient fan designed for industrial environments which can be installed both indoors and outdoors. For expelling non-explosive gases, fumes and lighter particles with an airflow of up to 15000 m³/h (4160 l/s).
The fan complies with the ErP Directive and is optimised for use in conjunction with the Fumex fume extraction and automatic control range.
The PRX is extremely easy to manoeuvre, while at the same time offering great positional stability, even with the arm fully extended. The suction nozzle can be angled through 90° in all directions, and the wall attachment has a 360° swivel function. The smooth interior of the suction tube makes the extractor very easy to clean.
FUMEX PR (like all our extraction arms) have a very low pressure drop and are particularly easy to maneuver and offer a high positional stability. The PR hood is optimally design for welding smoke and other hot pollutants, for a maximum capture efficiency and extraction.
Product properties
The FUMEX CMF is a cleanable mobile filter unit with built-in fan and top mounted extraction arm for the cleaning of dust laden and polluted air in ventilated full-scale workshop environments. The filter unit has been developed according to ISO 15012-1 for welding safety products.
The W3 certified filter unit has an air flow of approx. 1800 m³/h at the hood, which enables outstanding capture without high energy consumption.
The modular filter CV provides the opportunity to meet many different needs with several functions in one product.
The modular structure provides maximum flexibility for both gas- and particle filtration, from simple disposable filters to more customized solutions. CV can combine gas and particle filtration in the same system. The unit is wall mounted and the sturdy profile makes the installation easy and simplifies service and maintenance.
