At the Schweissen & Schneiden trade fair, OTTOKIND introduces its multi4flex series of electrically height-adjustable welding tables – a next-generation solution for ergonomic welding workstations. These tables set new benchmarks in safety, flexibility, and human-machine interaction, and are virtually unmatched in the market.
Ergonomics Meets Heavy-Duty Performance
Welding is physically demanding. The multi4flex tables offer electric height adjustment with digital display and memory function, ensuring an ergonomic position tailored to each user – regardless of height or task. This reduces strain and supports long-term health.
For Manual and Robotic Welding
A major advantage: the tables are hybrid in design – ideal for both manual welding and robotic applications. With an optional cobot adapter, any model can be upgraded to a robotic workstation, offering key benefits for companies moving toward automation. A robust steel frame supports loads up to 2,000 kg, enabling use in heavy industry.
Flexible Models for Diverse Needs
Available variants:
multi4flex Heavy Duty: For up to 2,000 kg load, with integrated system-perforated welding plate, electrical decoupling frame, drawers, compressed air and power connections, and optional mobility on castors.
multi4flex: Compact model for up to 500 kg, suited to smaller parts or tight spaces, with similar configuration.
Standard models use Siegmund plates (16 mm perforation); other sizes (Ø16/22/28 mm) are optional. Tables can be equipped with shelves, superstructures, or drawers (up to 70 kg load).
Custom & Retrofit Options
Companies with existing table tops (e.g. from Siegmund or Demmeler) can purchase frames separately. Custom solutions for special dimensions or robot setups are available on request.
