Sinterleghe is proud to present the new innovative Sigma dresser & changer with continuous tip feeding system.
It is an automatic system with two tip dressers and changers for robotic welging guns and a continuous external electrodes loading center for up to 500 electrodes; managed and controlled by an integrated PLC. The electric box is made according to the desired standard.
The system is supported by a very efficient double chip suction unit with integrated Venturi system and external storage station for both waste chips and electrodes.
This new suction system is also available on all tip dressers and tip dresser & changers of the complete Sinterleghe's product range.
Plus:
> It allows a continuous production without operator for up to 30 days
> Interesting for Aluminum application where frequent cap changes are required
> High safety for the operator in heavy-duty applications or at high altitudes platforms
> Prevents the operator from going in line to refill the tip changer with caps

Low removal three blade hard metal cutter RX
Our TiN coated in HSS single blade cutters remove the oxides on the dressed electrodes’ surface.
1. Dressed surfaces’ roughness of 0.5 Ra.
2. Welding lens diameter on Customer request.
3. Copper chips thickness dimensions: about 0.8 mm.
Thanks to the above features, we guarantee quality of dressed electrodes with the below points:
1. regardless the Dresser brand on which the cutters
are installed
2. only on RFRW bush
3. on starting dressing cycle with new electrode
4. on dressing cycle with used electrode
5. blades suitable for 10000 dressing cycles

The hard metal RX.2 three blades cutters allow oxides to be completely removed from the surfaces of dressed electrodes.
Our goal is to supply to our Customers a tool able to constantly dress electrodes, with this features:
1. absence of any trace of oxides on the dressed electrodes’ surface, regardless of whether they are used for welding steel, high strength or aluminium sheets
2. dressed surface roughness of 0.15 Ra, better the new electrodes which is 0.25 Ra
3. dressed lens diameter with 0.4 mm tolerance on ovalisation
4. copper chips dimension reduced of the 50% compared to the single blade cutters, with the same welding gun closing force.
