The welding camera WVS-34 is our latest development.
A wide variety of working distances are possible thanks to the C-mount lenses that can be used in different ways. The camera delivers a sharp color image and thus enables optimal viewing of the welding head, wire feed and workpiece as well as the arc, material melting, etc. Using optional LED lighting, it can also be set up in poor lighting conditions.
The camera is housed in a protective housing (D48x105mm) with integrated water cooling and can therefore also be installed in cramped systems with heat and dust. A protective glass on the front protects the camera's optics and can be easily changed if it gets dirty.
The camera control cable can be up to 50m long. This means, for example, that the camera can be controlled from a remote control center.
The camera has automatic brightness control and an automatic trigger function through the welding process.
Variovision Welding Cameras
Reliable Vision in Demanding Applications
Our welding cameras are specially developed for the visual monitoring of welding processes – robust, flexible, and precisely tailored to the demanding requirements of the industry.
Why a welding camera?
Visual inspection is essential in modern welding processes:
Live monitoring of difficult-to-access or hazardous welding areas
Process analysis to optimize workflows
Personnel protection, as direct vision of the arc is not required
