VSM provides the right grinding solution for almost any metal application. Whenever maximum stock removal is important, VSM CERAMICS Plus abrasives is the right product of choice.

The VSM CERAMICS Plus fibre disc XF885 with TOP SIZE is impressive due to its aggressive, though cool, cutting behaviour and an extremely long service life. The CERAMICS Plus series features a new improved self-sharpening effect when machining structural steels and high alloy materials. The unique microcrystalline structure of the grains accounts for a much more subtle breaking down of the grain and produces much sharper edges. This in turn leads to twice as long a service life as compared to conventional grain and maximum stock removal. The additional VSM TOP SIZE coat with grinding additives supports these features and lowers the temperature in the contact area. Their use is recommended for dry grinding applications of stainless, heat-resistant steels and non-ferrous metals.
