The professional digital semiautomatic MIG Welding Machine PATON™ ProMIG-630-15-4-WK-MAXwire, equipped with a dedicated trolley and cooling system, combines versatility with high energy efficiency, suited for both water- and air-cooled torches. Supporting various welding methods – SMAW (stick electrode), GMAW (MIG/MAG), FCAW (with or without shielding gas), and GTAW LIFT (TIG) – it offers a wide adjustable current range of 18 to 630 A, ensuring precise parameter control for diverse tasks in workshops or on construction sites. The ProMIG-630-WK-MAXwire-15-4 model handles coated electrodes (1.6–8.0 mm), welding wires (0.6–2.5 mm, up to 4.0 mm for flux-cored wire), and tungsten electrodes (1.0–5.0 mm), making it ideal for serial production and heavy steel fabrication.

Its robust 4-roller wire feeder with a full drive system, compatible with spool weights of 5, 15, or 18 kg, ensures stable and precise wire feeding, including soft aluminium. Fitted with wheels for easy relocation and able to connect a communication cable of up to 30 metres, the machine provides flexibility in large working areas such as industrial halls or building sites. Featuring a 180 W powerful motor, the feeder withstands higher loads with ease, offering reliable performance even under demanding conditions. Quick polarity switching (DCEP/DCEN) allows rapid adaptation to different welding methods, enhancing its versatility. The standard EURO connector facilitates effortless torch replacement, while the modular design increases operator comfort and safety.

Liquid cooling systems, such as the PATON Cooler 7, prove indispensable in high-current welding processes (above 300 A) by effectively cooling critical torch components – the handle, torch head, and power cable – depending on the specific design. Engineered for operation in varied field conditions, this unit cooperates seamlessly with generators and long extension cables, delivering full performance and reliability even in challenging environments.
