500 kg maximum load capacity with a tare weight of just 7.3 kg - the figures speak for themselves. But our TML 500 also has many other impressive advantages: As a member of the TML family (Thin Material Lifting), it develops impressive adhesive forces even on thin-walled materials thanks to patented magnet technology.

From a material thickness of 5 mm, the permanent magnet can lift loads weighing up to 300 kg; from 10 mm thick steel, the load capacity is around 490 kg.

Flexibility is ensured by the 360° rotating load swivel, which creates a secure connection to your lifting or transport device using a hook with safety flap or a load sling.

Move your metal sheets, metal plates or beams with a crane, overhead crane or wire rope hoist - you can rely on the TML 500!

We think along with you. That's why our magnets are precisely tailored to your daily processes - one example is the ergonomically shaped lever, which is aligned lengthways on the slimline housing.

The reason: this design allows the magnet to be activated even inside a T-beam.

The TML 500 will stay with you for a long time because the TiN coating on the magnetic surface is extremely robust and resistant to damage.

One for all! Our universal drill rig SP-V is a flexible partner for a large variety of dilling machines. The principle: maximum holding power even on thin-walled materials. The permanent magnet in the drill stand is based on our patented technology TML (Thin Material Lifting) and is fixing your core drilling machine on metals from a thickness of only 2mm. The variable holders and the Euro collar are offering a wide range of combination possibilities with different drill neck diameters. The reason: Connection threads in M5 and M6 on the top of the housing and on both sides of the housing are offering you the option to customize the TMC 300 according to your requirements. Benefit from the advantages of our patented technology for 'your' project. Your advantage: its outstanding performance characteristics on thin-walled materials – as well as the strong adhesive forces for a secure hold, especially in vertical applications. The TMC 300 is an ideal magnetic base, because you can modify it with designs for cutting, angled side plates or handles. It is also fixing plates and sheets for clean welding seams. When it comes to welding, another advantage of the TMC 300 is taking effect: Our Alfra magnets are designed in a way that the electric arc, which is occuring during welding is only deflected when a distance of 15 mm to the device is undercut. Welding seams very close to the magnet are therefore possiblebr.

Mastering heavy tasks with ease - that is the core competence of our TML 400 R. Weighing just 8.2 kg, the lifting magnet was developed to safely move pipes or curved parts weighing up to 400 kg from A to B. The prism for round steel and pipes with a diameter between 50 mm and 400 mm in combination with the patented TML technology (Thin Material Lifting) ensures ideal holding force. Thanks to the optimised force field structure, the TML 400 R achieves considerable magnetic holding forces even with low mass input. The swivelling and 360° rotatable load swivel gives you flexibility in use: Activate the TML 400 R using the user-friendly one-hand operation, connect the load swivel to your crane or hoist using a hook with safety flap or load loop - this allows you to move pipes safely and conveniently.
