Characteristics and Applications：
XUN-621 is alumina-fluoride type of flux.
Excellent slag detachability, no welding spatter and surface slag adhesion. Suitable for high-speed welding up to 1.0m/min.
The weld exhibits good crack resistance, along with good stress corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion resistance. Ensure smooth weld bead and easy slag detachment while high speed horizontal welding.
Compatible with NiCrMo-3, NiCrMo-4, and NiCr-3 welding wire. It is designed for twin-wire high speed submerged arc welding of nickel-based alloys.
Ideal for high speed welding of nickel-based alloy water-cooled walls.
